This company has worked on our premises a variety of times. Each project has been very well executed and always within the time initially discussed.

Their talents are wide ranging and include Kitchen and Bathroom construction, complicated marble tiling, electrical work, innovative plumbing, Interior decoration. They have also built some very handsome garden decking.

I would recommend all members of this enterprise without exception. They do accurate budgeting and stick to the figures. Should changes occur they will immediately draw the clients’ attention to any fiscal changes incurred.

Above all their attention to detail is excellent.

I have been working with Daniel for over six years. He has built large cupboards for me, renovated a small bathroom, decorated the common areas in my house, maintained garden decking and fencing, plumbed taps for me and done the electrical work to hang a chandelier.

Daniel’s work is of the highest quality. He is a perfectionist and brings this to the work he does. He is also a problem solver. For instance, when we had an issue with our boiler, he worked really hard to find the problem and then fixed it. Which was amazing – so many people were confounded by that boiler!

Daniel works very hard and does an excellent job. He is very skilled in many areas. He is utterly reliable. Whenever I’ve asked him to help with a sudden problem in my house, he has made time to fit me in. He and his team are also very considerate when working here, always very pleasant.

I trust Daniel completely. He is a first class builder and plumber who goes out of his way to make sure a job is done well. He’s also a really nice and amusing guy!

His standout work was the creation and installation of large bookshelves with LED backlighting. Everyone who visits my home is hugely impressed. The bookshelves are practical and aesthetically pleasing. They also act as an artificial light well for the interior of the flat. At Paddenswick Road in Hammersmith they have refurbished a number of washrooms, refreshed and upgraded the common entrance and circulation areas and undertaken a number of small repairs involving decorating, plumbing and electrical works.
As a result of the works at Paddenswick Road Grosvenor have engaged Projects Refined Enterprises to carry out similar works within their Central London Head Office.

Daniel and his team have completed many jobs for me to the highest standards and at reasonable cost.

He has fitted new large cupboard doors which he sourced after dismantling some existing small lockers,decorated our downstairs edit suites and lobby area and also re built a wall and kitchen including the installation of a new water boiler and associated plumbing works after a fire.

“Daniel originally came recommended to us through our design colleagues. Similarly we are happy to recommend Daniel and his team following the excellent work he completed for us. This included building works such as knocking through and installing a new kitchen window, all plumbing and electrical works for a new kitchen as well as laying imported stone tile floors and under floor heating.
