We are family run business of specialist fit-out contractors based in North West London and can also operate throughout the UK. In the last five years we have successfully completed number of various commercial and residential refurbishments in and around Manchester for private as well as corporate clients such as Great John Street Hotel, Carlton House Group, Barclay House Management, Andrew Sumner and Associates and Epigram.
For London based Ackerman Group we have refurbished number of office buildings in Manchester, Birmingham, Ellesmere Port, Southend-on-sea, Hull and Peterborough.
We have completed residential refurbishments for our London based clients in the Mill Hill, Hendon or Hampstead Garden Suburb area and have started to work for Strettons Chartered Surveyors as the maintenance contractor on their portfolio of commercial buildings.

Our dedicated project manager Daniel Dvorak leads his team of experienced professional tradesmen working either as a main contractor on small to medium sized jobs directly for developers, landlords or managing agents as well as a specialist subcontractor on larger projects maintaining close cooperation with the client’s project manager, other contractors, architects and interior designers.

Daniel’s skills and knowledge are founded on more than 20 years of extensive experience throughout the building and construction industry gained while working on various types of projects for well established clients such as Hilton, Ibis Hotel, Hotel Castle Stirin, Barrandov Studios, Planet Hollywood, Black&Veatch, EC Harris, Tesco, Ericsson, Skanska or Toyota Peugeot Citroen Auto across Europe.

We hold liability insurance policy for our activities whereas all our work comply with current health and safety standards and building regulations. In the Projects’ section we present selected photos from some of our completed projects.
